Waypoints provides a variety of residential and support services to children, youth and families. We strive to create an environment of respect and empathy that promotes and challenges individuals to achieve personal growth and the skills necessary to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Code of Ethics
Waypoints will sign all contracts in good faith and honor these contracts as a legal agreement.
Waypoints will not participate in any unfair or fraudulent activities.
Waypoints will respect the confidential nature of our children, youth and families, and will not use the names, profile, pictures or any identifying information without the permission of the child, young person, family and the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services.
Waypoints will provide to all people truthful and accurate information with respect to professional performance. We will make no false claims in advertising, promotions, website or other materials.
Waypoints prohibits waste, fraud or abuse. Waypoints will report to the necessary agency any incident of waste, fraud, abuse and other questionable activities.
Waypoints will uphold effective human resources practices and will maintain dignity, privacy and respect.
Waypoints has a no reprisal policy regarding anyone who reports allegations of unethical behavior.
Waypoints will strive for excellence in all aspects of our organization.
